A fast paced, evolving, financial services organisation within contract hire is looking for a motivated Business Graduate or similar, to support in its Operations Department in a Contracts Management position.
The Contracts Management Graduate will manage the operational administration and support the Operations Manager. The post-holder will be responsible for managing the De-fleet and End of Contract processes. And through day to day actions ensure compliance of all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve inbound customer queries to include quoting and rescheduling of agreements.
Answer all verbal and written queries and manage expectations to customer satisfaction.
Update and maintain customer records for quoting & contracts
To follow and (wherever possible) make constructive efforts to improve current processes and suggest alternative solutions for best practice.
Ensure that the Operations Manager is aware of potential issues associated with work queues.
Own all customer issues through to resolution.
Work effectively with colleagues in support functions around the business to maximise customer satisfaction.
Monitor own performance to ensure adherence to targets, deadlines and procedures.
