REED Business Support is supporting an established organisation in South Tyneside with the recruitment of a Business Administrator. This role is an 8 month FTC until the end of 2024.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing all round administrative support to the Senior Management team
- Switchboard management
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Diary management
- Setting up meetings, preparing presentations, taking minutes when required
- Typing up letters, documents etc
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years' experience (recent) working in an administrative role
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised and able to manage workloads effectively
- Proactive and able to use own initiative
- IT Literate and confident with Microsoft Office
HOURS OF WORK:
Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Friday, 8:00am - 1:00pm
This role is fully office based.
