We are recruiting for a Branch Manager in Birmingham - for one of our customers, an industry leader in cash management services and security systems.

Our customer specialises in Cash in Transit, Coin Services, ATM Services, Cash Management and Foreign Exchange for a wide variety of businesses across the UK.

As Branch Manager you will be responsible for effectively managing branch resources and controlling and developing all activities within the branch. You will also be responsible for ensuring contractual obligations to customers are achieved cost effectively and the company's security procedures are applied throughout the branch consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all results, budgets and forecasts throughout the branch, meeting all agreed targets and objectives

Monitoring service standards and ensuring a high standard of service is always provided

Manage the efficient usage of all company vehicles, by overseeing route planning and effectiveness of logistics planning

Developing and motivating the operational team through continuous improvement and KPI agreement

Maintaining branch accreditation, ensuring all legislative requirements are adhered to and company procedures are followed

Ensure all relevant transport legislative requirements are adhered to

Maximise profit and identify new business opportunities within the operation
About You:

We require a candidate with management experience within a cash management business (essential)

A strong leader with the ability to motivate a team

Strong service standards

Routing and fleet management

High degree of attention to detail

Observant, mindful and vigilent
Salary, Benefits & Hours:

Salary of 45K per annum

40 hours per week - 5 over 7 shift pattern - some weekends required
