£27,000 + Bonus of £300 - £1,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced front facing Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our well-established client based in Brighton.
This role is only available through growth and expansion.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience working in a customer facing role.
You will be expected to provide outstanding Customer Service, ensuring that their reputation is always upheld.
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
Maintain and build relationships with customers, both new and existing
Demonstrate brilliant communication skills both face to face and over the phone
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlinesSkills / Qualifications / Experience Required:
