If you have experience working with SEN students including ADHD, SEMH, AUTISM and EBD it would be highly advantageous and also if you are specifically Team Teach Trained. If not Empowering Learning offer full access to Team Teach training.

The Role

Levels of anxiety and behavioural issues are expected to go up now pupils return to school after such a long period at home. We are recruiting for teachers and support staff to support both Primary, Secondary and alternative provisions throughout various age groups.

You will be teaching or supporting students across Early Years to KS4 and you will be required to create behavioural support plans and methods to help the pupils re-adjust back to school life.

We are ideally looking at individuals who have exceptional experience with managing behaviour and have proven experience in working in challenging environments.

The Schools

The schools cater for primary and secondary students who will usually have behavioural issues, as well as those under the care of the Local Authority.

We are looking for Teachers and Support Staff who can support students and provide adaptable lessons. You must be able to engage with the students, gain their trust and help them to develop essential skills for life beyond education.

The schools we work with have excellent reputations and are great places to work; the staff are welcoming, friendly and supportive of one another.

To join us and be successful in this role, you will need to:
* Hold QTS Status or QTLS
* Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
* Provide a CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
* Have the legal right to work in the UK
