As we continue to grow, we have an opening for an ambitious and talented senior marketing executive to join our busy B2B marketing team.

You will already be working in a Marketing Executive or Senior Executive role with a proven track record of being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering multi-channel campaigns to tight deadlines and budgets. You'll have a background in B2B marketing and although financial services experience would be an advantage, it is not essential as many of the skills you have already honed in your current role will be transferable.

As part of the referral proposition (Key Partnerships) team you will be helping to develop and extend our reach to a growing market of advisers and intermediaries looking to offer later life lending solutions to their clients. You will be required to efficiently and effectively lead on a range of B2B marketing activities covering operational tasks, with a strong focus on campaign development and management using a wide range of marketing channels. This will include social media, digital advertising, content marketing, events and in particular e-marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage the scheduling, testing and deployment of external marketing campaigns
Support the Key Partnerships Marketing Manager in the ongoing analysis and reporting of marketing spend, activity and ROI against a range of KPIs
Support B2B Social Media campaign strategy, including content marketing development, deployment and growing follower numbers amongst adviser community
Work with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales team) to identify optimal channels for acquiring new customers via competitions, social media, campaigns, direct mail and other channels; test different techniques and promotions for driving conversion from registration.
Ongoing management and continued segmentation of the adviser database to identify and target supporters and lapsed supporters with specific campaigns.
Research and review new marketing opportunities with our key accounts and make recommendations on where to spend the budget
Responsibility for managing/monitoring campaign activity, as required, creating accurate and engaging campaign ideas to suit a business-to-business audience
Ensure full compliance across all marketing activity where appropriate and help co-ordinate record keeping/monitoring of all compliant material within the B2B area
Identify conference opportunities, provide administrative support and attend events where necessary
Work in collaboration with the network/strategic partner team to help drive greater penetration of these important business channels with referral marketing support

Essential Skills

B2B Marketing experience
Managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and campaign analysis
Planning and developing marketing activity using all areas of the 'marketing mix'
Graduate or equivalent with marketing campaign experience
Financial Services experience preferred; knowledge of the pension/retirement income market would be advantageous.
Knowledge of/experience marketing within the Financial Services industry would be a distinct advantage
Must be able to plan, organise and control day-to-day work on a number of projects
Good technical understanding with the ability pick up new tools quickly
Creative and enthusiastic with strong communication and presentation skills
Desire to 'pitch in' and work with the team to meet company objectivesAbout Company
