We are currently recruiting for a housing refurbishment contractor based in London and they are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis and assist them in the management and delivery of their decent homes programme which will be based in Ealing.
Work will include: Internal and External works.
The ideal candidate would have previously worked for a tier one contractor and would have delivered in social housing/decent homes schemes for a minimum of 5 years. Works you will be expected to manage include roofing, window renewals and external refurbishment. Your main duties will be assisting in the management of sub-contractors on site, carrying out surveys to properties, H&S checks, collating property information for each project and generally assisting your site manager with delivering the project.
My client requires someone who is hard working, enthusiastic IT literate and someone who can work individually or in a team.
• SSSTS (Minimum)
• First Aid
• Asbestos Awareness
• Full Driving Licence
• Five years experience supervising decent home projects
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + package
