Job Title: Assistant Administrator (Evening work )

The Role: We are recruiting for an exciting Administrator role (Temporary) for Sopra Steria Limited (SSL) in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to work within the Private Sector supporting a Public Sector client and provide an essential service to UK citizens.
You will be assigned to deliver on essential requirements that rely on talented people with a wide range of skills, backgrounds, and experience. And that's where you come in!Please Note: Hours for this role are evening based, Monday - Friday,6pm pm to 10pm. The initial contract is six months, with a view to extend the existing temporary assignment or reassigned onto a new assignment.What will be your primary responsibilities?
You will provide essential administrative support to SSL, working within the Glasgow branch. The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the following:
" Receiving and processing incoming mail" Scanning documentation and checking scanned images are of an acceptable standard and clear for validation." Validating information, ensuring data is accurate " Retrieving and returning documents to customers" Processing external mail, ensuring all items to be returned are processed correctly.
