Here's the standard bit: - You will deliver training, assessing and quality assuring work-based learning programmes, in line with the college's Apprenticeship Strategy. As a highly engaged and motivated Apprentice Skills Coach (Assessor), you will have a genuine desire to improve the life chances of our learners whilst being a strong experienced team player with excellent communication skills.
What you'll need: - it is essential that you have substantial relevant occupational experience along with experience of dealing with the training needs of learners through a range of methodologies. Who is enthusiastic, resilient and are a highly motivated individual with Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2, Assessor qualifications (A1, TAQA, D32), and NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing.
