This role will involve:
· Posting Job advertisements
- Sourcing for potential candidates
· Initial screening of candidates
· Arranging interviews
· Dealing with any questions from applicants
· Collating interview notes
· General admin tasks
Essential skills of the Administration Coordinator
- The working environment demands an ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing a quality service and will require someone who can adapt well under pressure
- Excellent customer services skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate MS Office Word, Excel
Desirable skills of the Administrative Coordinator
- Previous experience working in an HR or recruitment administration environment desired but not essential
