An established well positioned SaaS vendor within MarTech is looking to add an account executive / BDM to their team as part of their next phase of growth! This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to join a fast paced business with plenty of growth opportunity and share options with an owner who has a history and building and selling businesses

The Role: In the role as an account executive / BDM you will have full responsibility for all aspects of the sales cycle. Working with an SDR you will be responsible for developing new business through discovery calls and demos of the product with enterprise customers in a diverse range of industries. You will also be targeting and nurturing companies that are working with competitors in order to understand when they are due to renew and convert due to the technology offering being far superior to their competition in terms of user experience and functionality

The Candidate: You will be a successful sales professional with a demonstrable track record of new business wins in a similar environment, so MarTech, or Social Media SaaS technology experience being a must have. Exposure to MEDDIC is a plus but not essential as such other methodologies will be considered such as STRONGMAN, Miller Heiman, Challenger, Sandler etc. You will also need to be comfortable working in a fast paced high demand environment where you are selling to companies all over the world so it is not uncommon to be doing a demo with a US client in the evening or having an early morning start with the APAC market place due to this being a small growing technology business

The Package: On offer will be a competitive basic salary of between £60,000-£75,000 depending on experience along with an uncapped commission plan and an ote of double your base salary (£120,000-£150,000) and share options package that is provided following you completing you probation with NO vesting period as such if the business is sold you will get your percentage.
