The Professional and Medical Services team
We're looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable part time Career Development Advisor that will support, coach, assess and review learners in the workplace towards the new accounting standards. You will also be responsible for the recruitment and interviewing of applicants for the AAT programme.
We are looking for someone who holds a relevant accounting qualification and has current relevant accounting experience.

For this role, you will be required to work 21 hours a week and you will receive a salary of £30,000 pro rata and a competitive benefits package. The role will be a 12 month fixed term contract, based at the Blackburn Training 2000 site and travel across the North West will be required.

This entitlement will increase with over time to 32 days and you are also able to purchase up to 5 days extra per year. In addition to this, from the day you join, you will receive life assurance whilst employed at 4 x your annual salary. Finally, with pensions being an important part of peoples' career, following 6 months service you will be entitled to enrol into our Group Private Pension scheme where we will match contributions up to 5%.
